Phi’s private sales division offers a discreet and flexible alternative to selling at auction.
Phi’s private sales team provides an individualized service for sellers. Marked by discretion and flexibility, we will work one-on-one with our clients to offer confidential advice and strategies in the sale of a specific piece of art or large collection. Phi’s team of specialists will examine and appraise your property and will suggest the best strategy in achieving your goals.
For auctions where Phi Auctions handles fulfillment, we offer two checkout options.
- Select one of our preferred fine art shipping partners to manage packing, collection, and delivery door to door (and installation if you require).
- Coordinate off-line with Phi Auctions to arrange FedEx shipping, or arrange to pick up your artwork from the consignor directly, if applicable.
For auctions, where artwork is sent directly by the seller, after the sale, we will work closely with you to arrange for your work to be sent to the winning bidder, who is ultimately responsible for all shipping fees. Phi Auctions acts as the middleman for the entire post-sale process so your information remains entirely anonymous to the buyer.
Phi Auctions offers a blanket insurance policy.
